What do I get with my purchase?

On-Demand Video: You will gain access stream on-demand the video of the Ask a Jew, Ask a Gentile talk, recorded from the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. You may login as often as you like to watch the video as many times as you like. There is no download option for saving the video to your computer.

DVD Video: You will be shipped a DVD copy of the Ask a Jew, Ask a Gentile talk, recorded from the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping.

How am I billed for my purchase?

Your credit card will be charged when making your purchase. You will be able to see your charge/invoice in your Account area on this website. A downloadable PDF of your invoice will be available in your Account area under “Payment History”. There are no refunds once your credit card is charged.

Is this a recurring membership or a one-time purchase?

This is only a one-time purchase for both product types, the On-Demand video and the DVD video. You will not be billed again.

No. Your DVD and on-demand access to the video is for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products obtained from this website without our prior written consent.

I can’t remember my password, what do I do?

Go to the Login Page and click on “Forgot Password”. You will then enter your account username or email address, and an email will be sent you that will have a link that will allow you to reset your current password. ATTENTION: Be sure to use a strong password because some personal information is stored and can be seen from your Account area. If you have trouble resetting the password you can contact Customer Support.
